How are the horse corrals assembled? Each panel connects with 2 heavy duty panel clamps. It is also recommended that anchor
posts are installed into the ground to hold the panels in place.
Anchor posts are a must for corral gate panels especially where the gate
frame meets the infill portion of the panel. The posts will help keep the
panels straight and in place.
Concrete is recommended for some of our pre-fabricated shelter products if there is not sufficient weight to hold them down. All free-standing covers must be installed with concrete. There may be additional requirements depending on the application or building codes.
What about rust? All our materials are made with a galvanized finish to help prevent rust. All welds are painted with Rust-oleum paint.
What items do you ship via freight? We only ship our livestock/ hog pens via freight, please call for a quote. We do not ship any horse corrals, panels, or shelters via freight.
What tools will I need for Assembly? All you need is a cresent wrench or a 9/16 socket/open end wrench for assembly.
How will I get my products? Local delivery is available within 150 miles, please call for quote. It will arrive on a truck with a gooseneck style flatbed trailer.
How will I receive my products shipped via freight? If your order needs to be shipped, we will get the lowest rate possible and it will arrive on a pallet delivered by a commercial LTL carrier. The trucks are usually semi's / tractor trailers / full size 18 wheelers. If you need residential delivery, we recommend having some help onsite when your shipment arrives. "Tin snips" or sheet metal shears will be required to cut the steel bands on the pallet and then the individual panels can be unloaded from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are also available on request. Distant deliveries are based upon amount of products and location, please call for a quote.
When will my order ship or be delivered? If your order is in stock, it will usually ship within 1 to 2 days and delivery is usually same week delivery or following week. If we are out of stock and your order needs to be manufactured, it will usually ship in about 5 to 7 days. Non-stock items and custom orders can take longer. While we don't guarantee a specific ship date due to workload and material availability, we will give you our best estimate. Feel free to call us for an update on your order.
What if my shipment arrives damaged? While 99% of our shipments arrive in good condition, you must note any damage on the paperwork when you sign for your shipment or delivery. If you do not note the damage, we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged item because the carrier may want to inspect it. We will also need you to send us pictures of the damage via email to assist in the claims process.
What is the freight transit time for my shipment? The estimated transit time for your shipment varies on where you are located. Some shipments will arrive by the next day and some may take 5 to 10 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by the freight carriers and they can sometimes vary a few days. Feel free to call us for assistance with tracking your shipment.
What about refunds/returns? Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee on items that we normally stock. Orders for non-stock and custom items are final and are not refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return freight costs. Freight transit times are not guaranteed and local delivery dates are subject to change with short notice.
Do you use quality materials? All our materials are domestically produced and all fabrication takes place at our site here in California.
Warranty: The warranty time for each product can vary. Most of our corral and livestock panels are warrantied against material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. There is no warranty for damage to the product especially from your animal or wind/snow. This includes scrapes, scratches, rust and bends. We do not guarantee that a corral/pen/cage/enclosure/etc will contain your animal. Since each animal can vary in temperament, it is up to you to select an appropriate product. Buyer is responsible for the transportation costs involved with the return/exchange of warrantied products. Please send us a written request if you need further explanation on a specific product.
